Welcome to NovaMVP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Easner, Inc. (doing business as NovaMVP), located at 166 Geary St ste 1500 1674, San Francisco, CA 94108, USA. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
NovaMVP provides rapid MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services. We offer various plans and services as described on our website.
2. Payment and Refunds
Payments for our services are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Payment terms are as follows:
- For Starter and Professional MVP plans: Full payment is due upon commencement of the project.
- For Enterprise MVP plans: 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
Refund Policy: Refunds are possible only if the service has not started. If the service has started, only the refund for any uncompleted service will be returned. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 5 days of project completion, and we will work to address your concerns.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the MVP we develop for you. However, we retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
4. Limitation of Liability
NovaMVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
